Light level and quality can set a serene mood, and that’s what we’re aiming for. Our office windows welcome natural light for a soothing environment and include floor-to-ceiling windows in every treatment room.

We also offer optional nitrous oxide (laughing gas) for added calm, blankets and neck pillows for warmth and support, and bite cushions for comfort—but we don’t stop there. We know there’s a lot on your mind when you go to the dentist, and you may not remember to bring everything you need.

To make things a little smoother, we provide:

• dark glasses to camouflage the glare of bright dental lights
• in-office Wi-Fi & an in-office beverage bar
• forgot your Chapstick®? We have complimentary lip balm!

Sweet City Smiles is in network with most PPO dental insurance plans. We happily accept out-of-network insurance plans and file claims on your behalf. We ask that patients with out-of-network insurance plans to pay in full at the time services are rendered and your insurance company will work directly with you for reimbursement.

Many people find themselves without dental insurance coverage these days, but Dr. Chang has a solution. While the Sweet City Smiles Member Plan isn’t insurance, it covers standard in-office annual hygiene visits with all other services discounted—all for one affordable annual membership fee.

• Outstanding fees are paid at time of service—so no surprises.
• There are no annual maximums or waiting periods.
• Our in-office plan cannot be combined with other insurance.

For our patients without dental insurance, Sweet City Smiles is pleased to offer our own in-house Savings Plan. In exchange for one affordable annual enrollment fee, members receive standard preventive maintenance services and discounts on many of our most popular dental procedures. The Sweet City Smiles Savings Plan only applies to services rendered in our dental practice.
